Made-to-order prints & apparel
Print-on-demand items are produced after you order. We generally cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing preference, or color variation inherent to digital displays vs. print.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Original paintings
Originals sold by inquiry follow the terms agreed in writing at the time of sale. Shipping damage claims must be reported promptly with photos.
